STUDIO CLASSES

Emily operates from her fully equipped garden studio in Balham, SW London offering classes to clients and students of all abilities and remedial needs. She believes that Pilates is for everyone irrespective of age or ability and specialises in rehabilitation support. Every client will be posturally assessed and alignment cued throughout each class.
